This hospitality brand caters to conceptualizing and actualizing anything from intimate-sized events in your home to specialized menus for your business ventures or dietary needs.

An overseas hospitality brand making a name in New York City

  • OMZO Concepts set their sights on the Big Apple after establishing themselves as a gourmet event and hospitality consultation service brand in Asia. In a city with over 25,000 restaurants OMZO Concepts needed to find their people.

    At the time of launch, the brand had two main offerings their consultancy and private dining under OMZO Concepts, and their limited gourmet delivery service under Omzo Bento.

  • A full launch strategy and branding effort was initiated. We started by refining the brand mission, vision, and values; and placing those front and center as they entered the market. 

    A professional logo was created as well as business cards and product packaging. We figured out target audiences, and an account based marketing strategy was deployed for OMZO Concepts. OMZO Bento went the route of social media and promotions. The Kaiseki Delivery was a showcase of OMZO Concepts expertise in the kitchen, especially with Asian cuisine. After a year OMZO Concepts has serviced  several kitchens and has consulted for several restaurants and brands in the city.
